Valcartier Lions earn gold at 2006 CF National Ball Hockey Championship

CF ball hockey teams from Comox, Edmonton, Petawawa,Valcartier and Halifax competed for the gold during the 2006 CF National Ball Hockey Championship in Halifax, September 9-15.
The Valcartier Lions were triumphant in all four games of the round robin tournament held at the Shearwater arena. They went on to win the semi-final match against Edmonton, with a score of 8-1.
Despite the strength of the Halifax team, the Lions continued their winning streak, finishing the game with a score of three to two.
