Mission Information Line Personnel
Mission Information Line (MIL) personnel are experienced professionals who are familiar with Canadian Forces policies and operating procedures. They can respond immediately to family requests for information and provide assistance with administrative or personal issues. They can:

provide moral support and intervene in a crisis;

refer callers to appropriate military and civilian resources;

transmit urgent messages to deployed personnel; and
-
deliver pre-deployment briefings to Canadian Forces personnel and families.
MIL personnel are available to handle calls in confidence Monday to Friday, except on statutory holidays, from 8:00am to midnight Eastern Time. Callers can also leave voice message with MIL when phoning outside working hours. MIL personnel are committed to returning calls as soon as possible.
