28 August 2009 - Changes to the 2010-2011 Funding Application

At Director Military Family Services (DMFS), we know that Canadian/Military Family Resource Centres (C/MFRCs) appreciate receiving information well before a deadline approaches. That’s why we’re giving you a heads-up now about the changes we’ve made to the 2010-2011 Funding Application.

We’ve refined the questions on the 2010-2011 Funding Application to focus on the upcoming fiscal year, and the changes each C/MFRC anticipates making in their business operations, programs and services compared to the previous year. By asking centres for specific, accurate assessments of their changing requirements, DMFS hopes the funding application process will become more reflective and responsive to C/MFRCs’ evolving needs.

Please review the attached Key Messages document for a summary of all changes made to the 2010-2011 Funding Application, and pass it along to any other staff members involved in the funding application process.

The MFSP eBusiness Centre exists to facilitate the exchange of information and resources between the Director Military Family Services (DMFS) and Canadian/Military Family Resource Centres (C/MFRC) by providing a central access point for business transactions using a web-based interface. This initiative was developed with the cooperation of the Canadian Forces Personnel Support Agency (CFPSA) Corporate Web Services, and with the financial assistance of National Defence On Line.

MFSP Funding

The MFSP Funding section of the eBusiness Centre is comprised of three key documents: the MFSP Funding Application, the MFSP Service Delivery Agreement and the MFSP Quarterly Expenditure Report.
