The Amenities Purchasing section arranges for duty-free items and other goods such as specialty food items and personal toiletries to be purchased and shipped to Canadian Forces members posted out of the country either as part of a UN Peacekeeping Mission, squadron exercise, or embassy posting. The purpose of this program is to provide Canadian goods that are not available in foreign countries.
