The Mission Information Line (MIL) is a bilingual telephone service for families of Canadian military personnel serving in operations outside Canada. The toll-free, 24-hour service features detailed reports about Canadian Forces missions and operations from around the world and provides the kind of assurance and support family members depend on.
MIL personnel are available to handle calls in confidence Monday to Friday, except on statutory holidays, from 8:00 to midnight Eastern Standard Time. Callers can speak directly to MIL personnel for additional information, support and referral to other resources. If you are living or travelling outside of North America, please call collect at 613-995-5234 during our office hours.
The Mission Information Line complements the services of Military Family Resource Centres and Deployment Support Centres.
