Women's Upper Body Strength and Endurance
Currently in development is a project focusing on women’s trainability. The final report will include a review of the literature, with consideration of factors that include, but are not exclusive to, ageing and menopause and women’s special physiological. Using the information acquired from this review of literature and the experience and expertise of the author in the area of exercise prescription, the author will provide a comprehensive exercise program for Canadian Forces (CF) women that will support them in their quest for optimum upper body muscular strength and endurance to meet the needs of the physical demands of their job in the CF.
