Halifax & Region MFRC receives donation from Weston Foundation

On June 15, 2010 the Chief of the Maritime Staff visited with the Halifax & Region Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) to participate in a significant donation from the Weston Foundation in honour of the Naval Centennial. The MFRC was presented with a donation of $20,000 from the Weston Foundation.

"We thank the Weston Foundation for their generosity in supporting military families, who are the strength behind the uniform" said Colleen Calvert, Executive Director.
