Top Ten Resources Related to Family Violence Prevention

From 12-18 October 2009, Canadian Forces (CF) communities around the world will participate in the Take a Stand Against Family Violence campaign. Coinciding with the YWCA’s Week Without Violence, this annual CF initiative aims to keep all military communities well-informed about family violence prevention.

This year Director Military Family Services (DMFS) is providing additional support to the Take a Stand Against Family Violence campaign by making family violence prevention tools, information and resources more accessible through its latest online list: the Top 10 Resources Related to Family Violence Prevention.

DMFS has taken the guess-work out of your online search. Our top 10 list is your guide for family violence prevention information for social service providers and family members of all ages. The resources on this list are from credible, helpful organizations who aim to keep family relationships happy and healthy.
