A warm welcome goes to Lucie Lapierre, who recently joined the team at CFPSA HQ. Lucie has taken on the responsibilities of Human Rights and Harassment Prevention Officer.
“Now that Lucie is here, the Human Rights and Harassment office is capable of serving our clients in both official languages,” says Roger Young, Human Rights and Harassment Prevention Advisor.
Lucie, who originally hails from Saguenay, Quebec, brings a wealth of experience with her. In her former position as Human Resources Manager for CFPSA in Europe she was responsible for NPF employees spread over five countries. Before then, Lucie was a Reserve Support/French Services Coordinator where she developed a deployment support program for families of reservists. She’s also spent time in the public service sector at Human Resources Development Canada.
