Jacques Adam became the Senior Manager Health Promotion at CFPSA HQ on September 5.

Marie Danais became the National Physical Fitness Manager for CFPSA on June 26. Marie has been with PSP for nine years. She started as a Fitness and Sports Instructor at Valcartier, then became a Directing Staff at the CFPSA Training Centre in Borden and finally, she spent the past five years as the National Physical Fitness Coordinator at the CFPSA HQ. In addition to her qualifications in fitness, Marie brings her knowledge of the Reserve as a Captain in Medical Administration. She is also an extremely successful professional in long distance triathlon.

Laurie Ogilvie was appointed to Senior Manager responsible for Research, Policy and Program Development in October. Prior to Laurie becoming part of the DMFS team, she was the National Recreation and Youth Services Manager and was subsequently seconded to the position of CFPSAs Director Corporate Policy, Plans and Development.

Alla Ivask assumed the position of DMFS Senior Manager responsible for Field Operations in November. Allas experience in research, policy and program development with the Military Family Services Program (MFSP) is certain to enrich the program and benefit the delivery of services to CF families around the world.

Jim Peverley assumed the duties and responsibilities of the Director Deployment Support at CFPSA HQ on September 11. Jim, who recently retired from the Canadian Forces, brings a wealth of background and experience in the area of deployed operations.

Todd Stride replaced Marie as the National Physical Fitness coordinator for CFPSA. Todd comes from Dwyer Hill Training Centre and originally began his career with PSP in St-Jean.
CFSU Ottawa
Staffing of the PSP Manager position at CFSU (O) was a rigorous process and on August 28, Jean Daoust, was selected to fill these shoes. Jean, who recently completed the PSP Senior Management Course in Borden, is well equipped to the challenge ahead. Congratulations Jean!

Ben Ouellette is the new CFSU (O) PSP Fitness, Sports and Recreation Director. Ben was the Strength and Conditioning Specialist for Dwyer Hill Training Center. He started his career in Moncton, NB as the Fitness, Sports & Recreation Coordinator, then moved to CFPSA in Ottawa where he worked as Applicant Physical Fitness Coordinator, followed by Research and Development Coordinator.
RMC Kingston
Erin OReilly joined RMCs Athletic Department Team on August 8 as the Supplementary Physical Training Coordinator. Erin has a Bachelor of Science degree from Acadia University in Biology and Kinesiology. She is PFLC and NLS certified and has extensive experience working in fitness and sports organizations. Erin has worked in the NPF world since November 2005, as a Fitness and Sports Instructor at CFB Petawawa.
