In 1996, CFPSA’s original Executive Members were (from left to right): Terry Payan, Vice-President IA&R; Mike Lemoine, President CANEX; Dave Roberts, President SISIP FS; BGen Popowich, Director General Personnel Sevices; John Finn, Chief Administration Officer; Greg Pearson, Chief Programs Officer; and Jerry Haman (absent), Chief Financial Officer. Bob Smith, seen in this photo, replaced Mr. Haman in October 1997.
