CFPSA turns 10!
On September 3rd CFPSA celebrated an entire decade of “Serving those who Serve”. Staff of the NPF, CF at bases, wings and units across the globe celebrated the occasion.
At CFPSA HQ the occasion was commemorated with a social gathering in the cafeteria. MGen Langton thanked everyone for all their hard work and noted that, in the past ten years CFPSA has grown from about 400 employees to now almost 5000!

CFPSA’s tenth anniversary was celebrated at CFB Gagetown with Col Jestin, 3 ASG Commander, LCol Kearney, 3ASG COS, representatives of the military units and Staff of the NPF, CF. Staff members from Fitness and Sports, CANEX, Recreation, Health Promotion, Human Resources, Accounting, and the three Messes posed for an anniversary photo.

17 Wing Winnipeg On August 31st, CFPSA staff at 17 Wing Winnipeg participated in their first annual PSP/NPF Golf Tournament. The gusty winds and impending threat of rain did not keep 25 eager employees from enjoying a fun game of best ball. Afterwards, everyone gathered for a BBQ lunch and prizes. The best part of the day was the special ice cream cake ordered to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of CFPSA!

PSP, CANEX and SISIP FS staff members of 3 Wing Bagotville participated in a golf day to celebrate CPFSA’s 10th anniversary. All were in good spirits and had a great time!

Staff deployed in Kandahar, Afghanistan celebrated the occasion by having a chicken and sausage barbeque at the Canuck Café, followed by two Black Forest cakes.
