The course is comprised of modules focusing on Leadership and Legislation, Administration, Marketing and Operations, and Human Resource Management.
Successfully mastering all the training skills in the program affords a candidate the opportunity to become professionally recognized by the Canadian Restaurant and Food Service Association (CRFA) and to obtain a Food and Beverage Manager's Professional Certification.
