Social events at Headquarters

On October 28, 2005 the HR team hosted a Halloween costume party.

MGen Langton, Bob Smith and Greg Pearson judged the costumes. The winners were:
Joan Legris as the “Italian Gondolier”
Carol Thompson as the resident “Bag Lady”
Julie De La Durantaye as the “Phantom of the Opera”
In November HR kicked off the holiday season with a potluck party. Everyone was asked to wear their most festive holiday sweater or top.
The winner for the most festive top was Julie De La Durantaye, whose Grinch hat was the pièce de résistance.
The annual CFPSA HQ Christmas party was held on December 3, 2005. There was lots of food and dancing and some wonderful prizes donated by CANEX, PSP, and SISIP FS.

Seeing as Christmas is for children, the HR team had a gift exchange to gather gifts for Toy Mountain in Ottawa. We picked names and gave each other children gifts. These 30 gifts were then given to Toy Mountain and delivered to under privileged children.
