Most recently Vice-President, Corporate Services with the Canadian Commercial Corporation, Ms. Sharon Fleming brings more than 30 years experience in executive leadership, HR, coaching, communications and administration to the table. An energetic and experienced executive leader and internal consultant, she is noted for her responsive client service, innovative solutions, strategic leadership and entrepreneurial approach. She has served in a variety of management capacities with the RCMP, the Communications Research Centre, the Immigration and Refugee Board and Communications Canada.

A graduate of Trinity College, University of Toronto, Sharon believes in community service. She has lent her skills and time to such volunteer positions as Executive Leader for the United Way; PeopleSoft Board of Directors; APEX Advisory Council; CPPMA National Executive; Red Pine Camp Council; Girl Guide leader; Lay Director, Cursillo; Board of Directors, Industrial Supply Firm. She is an active member of her Anglican Parish, leading retreats, coordinating fundraising events and supporting outreach activities.

She also enjoys curling, golf, gardening, physical fitness, parenting and travel. Sharon is tackling the job with enthusiasm: “I am absolutely passionate about the people in an organization! I am looking forward to serving the NPF folks, working with the HR team to ensure CFPSA continues to be a great place to work.”
