Carole Groleau, Army Fitness Centre PSP Fitness Instructor OPI, helps a soldier perfect his form during the grand opening of the centre last week, the first of its kind in Canada designed solely to prepare soldiers for their Army Fitness Standard Test - a timed 13 kilometre ruck march, 100 metre fireman’s carry and a trench dig. Located at the former curling rink in the New Twin Rivers facility, the centre has 30 fitness stations including trench dig boxes.
