The citation on the certificate reads: “For their outstanding dedication and professionalism in re-engineering the delivery of the Military Family Services Program (MFSP). This four-year project, which was completed in April 2005, resulted in a new and innovative MFSP Operational Plan, a new Treasury Board approved funding mechanism and process and a re-organization to provide enhanced support to the 43 Family Resources Centres and an enhanced quality of life for our military families. The team’s outstanding achievements demonstrate their commitment to ‘Serving Those Who Serve.’”
