A tribute to over 20 years of loyal service, Gord Lawson, CANEX Shipper/Receiver and Warehouse Supervisor at CFB Petawawa, receives the Certificate of Merit.

Upon retiring from the military as a Warrant Offi cer, he decided to join the CANEX team. Gord works magic in the warehouse and has, on numerous occasions, saved CANEX potential lost inventory.

As part of his job, he has caught short shipments, duplicate shipments, and duplicate shipments. He has been instrumental in aiding management with loss prevention measures.

Outside of his professional life, Gordon is a family man. The sparkle of his life is his grandchildren. He enjoys hunting, fi shing, and working endless hours on his farm.

Hours of dedication to his CANEX responsibilities have proved Gord to be a reliable and dependable employee. His job performance far exceeds his job requirements.

Gord is a diligent worker with a positive attitude, and a deserving recipient of the Certifi cate of Merit.
