Travel Services Unveils New Website

The Travel Services section is now featured on the CFPSA website. The new page offers quick access to information about their full range of corporate travel services for individuals and groups traveling on duty in support of Morale and Welfare Programs.
Experienced travel coordinators, Claire Renaud and Christian Giacobbi, can help NPF organizations stretch their limited Public and NPF travel dollars.
They can also assist event coordinators by making arrangements for everything from air and rail transportation, car rentals, and hotel accommodations to conference rooms, audio-visual equipment, and catering support for workshops and meetings. For frequent travelers, preferences are kept on file to reduce the amount of time necessary to complete a booking.

CFPSA Travel Services books through the DND-appointed service provider, AMEX CANADA. This gives CFPSA/NPF employees access to fares offered by the major airlines as posted on the SABRE Computerized Reservation System. AMEX CANADA also verifies fares offered by second-tier carriers and consolidators to find the lowest price.
The system is configured to automatically factor in rebates negotiated by DND with major airlines. It also offers automated payment of electronic invoices and a 1-800 number for emergencies.
