In a team building activity, a group from the Prairies and Western Canada escaped to a maple sugar shack where they found a traditional Québec pioneer village. It gave them a unique glimpse into Québec and Canadian folklore through participation in a sugar-off feast, an authentic and delicious country-style meal, prepared in an authentic 1900s manner. The visit finished with a finger licking good experience - tasting maple taffy poured on snow. "An afternoon we'll never forget," said our sugared group.
