During Fiscal Year 2003/2004:

• The CFPSA website received 572,089 visits, an increase of 105 per cent over the previous FY.
• CANEX and SISIP FS returned $5,800,000.00 to the Base/Wing/Unit funds across Canada.
• Nearly 9,000 CF athletes participated in local, regional, national and international sports.
• The “cause you have a life” video, an introduction to CFPSA, was viewed by 5,000 new recruits during basic training.
• The Mission Information line received 35,892 calls.
• Deployed Operation trained and deployed 170 people overseas.
• Operation Santa Claus delivered 4,000 Christmas gift packages to deployed members.
• CFPAF provided assistance to 5,600 CF members and their families including $1.4 million in Distress Loans and Grants, and $10 million in Self-Improvement Loans.
