Official languages are an integral part of doing business. Serving clients using the language of their choice is:
- an act of Parliament
- a way of life
- a way to communicate
- a matter of respect
CFPSA is committed to fostering a workplace that is favourable to the use of both English and French. We encourage the use of both official languages and recognize that linguistic duality is a dynamic element of Canada's cultural diversity.
Human Resources is developing a three phase plan that will be completed over a three-year period. It will deal with compliance, improving communications, commitment and the integration of the Official Languages Program into our daily activities.
Dialogue and mutual respect are essential to the establishment of a workplace where employees feel at ease and are proud to communicate in the official language of their choice.
