President's Award of Exceptional Merit
The President's Award of Exceptional Merit is awarded to employees and teams that have performed their duties and responsibilities in an exceptional and superior manner and who, in so doing, have contributed to the achievement of the mission, goals, and objectives of the CFPSA, CANEX, SISIP, PSP (including Base Funds), FIDiv, HR and IA&R, or have brought significant credit to, and enhanced the reputation of, CFPSA.
Mr. John Geci, President and CEO of CFPSA, is proud to present the recipients of the 2002 President's Award of Exceptional Merit.

For her outstanding contribution, dedication, professionalism and leadership while acting in the capacity of Vice President NATEX. Her hard work not only ensured continued operational effectiveness but also achieved the established business goals and customer service objectives by "Serving Those Who Serve".
Mr. Don Allen, Librarian at CFB Borden library.
He has initiated numerous programs and expanded on existing ones that have dramatically increased the usage of the CFB Borden library and improved the quality of life of families living on base. He has made a difference for groups and individuals in the Borden community and truly exemplifies the goals and objectives of CFPSA. From left to right: Col G. Mr. Tony Adams, PSP Manager in Europe until 2003.
For his outstanding work in the areas of PSP, NPF Accounting, and NPF Human Resources. His leadership, dedication and experience have allowed him to build a solid and highly credible PSP organization in Europe that plays an invaluable role in the life of every CF serving there. For his outstanding contribution and accomplishments as Corporate Systems Operations Manager and Acting Director of Corporate Informatics. Through his professionalism and leadership, he ensured the success and longevity of ABACIS and was the architect of the NPF wide area network and of the national NPF server system. He truly demonstrated his commitment to "Serving Those Who Serve".
