HR Employee Survey

In late 2002, all employees were invited by John Geci, President and CEO, to participate in the first-ever Employee Survey, conducted on our behalf by Statistics Canada. The purpose of this anonymous survey was to assess our progress in making the CFPSA and NPF a better place to work.
To all of the approximately 2800 employees throughout our organization who took the time to express their opinions, we extend our thanks.
In the next few months, under the direction of Mr. Geci, a Working Group will meet to review the results of all of your responses and, where required, will make recommendations to address areas of concern.
Upon their completion of this review, you will be informed of the actions to be taken to effect the changes necessary.
