John F. Geci, CFPSA’s President and CEO, presents Wendy Britnell with her 30-year award. On June 24, 1973, Wendy Britnell accepted a job with CFB Borden NPF Accounting Office as the NPF Accounting Officer’s secretary at the tender age of 17 just after graduating from Base Borden Collegiate Secondary School. In 30 short years she went on to NPF cashier, clerk, payroll and system supervisor, became the first System Manager in ‘96, and now is the Regional NPF Accounting Office Manager.
