Crowning the Customer (CTC) bulletins coming soon
Monthly CTC bulletins will be issued to all Non-Public Funds (NPF) managers for posting on bulletin boards. These one-page bulletins will have snippets on various.aspects of the CTC program to keep the momentum going and will include a kudos corner for the Boomerang Awards and other recognitions. The CTC Bulletin will also be an ongoing training tool to update and re-enforce the principles and process of the "Crowning the Customer" program.
