Three Ottawa Winners Benefit from the "March 1st, I Quit!" Challenge Sponsored by CANEX

When presented with his $1,000 cheque donated by CANEX, MCpl Victor Lane said "I'll use some of the money to buy a BBQ and a ticket to a Senators' play-off game." Julian Taylor on the other hand, will be a bit more conservative with his winnings and buy an RRSP. All Three former smokers however, agree that quitting smoking has given them more energy and increased their sense of taste "orange juice tastes so much better now" exclaimed Taylor.

"All of the participants are winners because they have managed to quit smoking or have another serious attempt under their belt,"
