With each passing New Year comes many of the same resolutions; we want to lose weight, exercise more or quit smoking but how can we increase the likelihood of success? First, you must figure out how motivated you really are because you can't make a positive change unless you are really ready to commit.
TIP: Here are a few tips to achieve the next steps:
- create your own realistic goals,
- write up your personal plan based on your lifestyle
- find a support network, and
- most importantly celebrate small wins.
Good luck
