Previously, DND was maintaining static web pages about the CFPSA on their web site. These pages were difficult to update and not linked to our site. The result? CF members would search the DND site for information about our agency only to come up with out-of-date data.

This situation, with the co-operation of our DND colleagues, has been resolved. Now when CF members search the DND web site, they will quickly find a one-page introduction to the CFPSA that invites them to click and link onto our live site for updated and current information. This will result in better service to our clients and fewer complaints from frustrated users.

We suspect that this new webpage and link will result in increased visits to our site. The resulting challenge for all of us is to ensure that our own CFPSA/NPF web site is kept up-to-date.
