Wow, what a great organization! In the past month or so since I arrived at CFPSA, I have been impressed by the many colleagues I have met. I need to learn from you, hear your reactions to what my office is producing, and know what works and what could be done better to meet your communication needs.

For example, what do you think about this newsletter? You'll notice that some changes to format and content have already been made in an effort to keep costs down, increase circulation, and make the newsletter more conversational in tone. I will keep you posted on the projects I am working on and invite you to do the same. This newsletter is your vehicle to share success stories and best practices. I'm looking forward to hearing from and getting to know you better.
