The staff at the CFPSA's Internal Audit and Review (IA&R) division have a mission: to provide you with review, audit and management consulting services to help you do business better. Their tools are formidable - not frightening! Things like:

IA&R staff possess expertise in OptionFinder - an interactive keypad technology. Ever seen "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?". OptionFinder makes group discussions easy, can conduct audience polls to test ideas, concepts opinions and courses of action. OptionFinder can:

Control Self Assessment (CSA) is another tool IA&R staff are promoting . This system enables employee teams to get together with their manager and a specialist facilitator to analyze, within a control framework, the strengths and obstacles which affect their ability to do their jobs. CSA uses OptionFinder technology to ensure anonymity and to encourage open discussion. The workshops generally take one full day, and a report is issued within three days after the workshop. It's designed to improve your business by identifying areas of concern, affirming what works, and providing solutions for those things that need improvement.
