Subsidized Education & Career Development Program (SECDP)

Human Resources also provides education assistance to develop your career within NPF under the subsidized career and development program (SECDP). All full-time employees are offered up to $500 per year for education and training. Courses that qualify for reimbursement include technical trade courses, college or university programs and professional certification programs that are related to NPF activities.

Employees are encouraged to pursue their career goals within NPF and to discuss those goals with their supervisor. The wide scope and variety of programs and services offer an equal variety of opportunities for advancement and new challenges.
