Non Public Funds (NPF) is committed to the professional and personal growth of employees by providing quality educational and training opportunities. Although your supervisor is responsible for your day-to-day training specific to your job, Human Resources designs Corporate Training that is common to all our jobs such as Orientation Training, Harassment Prevention Training, Official Languages Awareness, Orientation to Employment Equity and Diversity, Occupational Health and Safety Training, and Crowning the Customer Training.

CORPORATE TRAINING
Corporate Training deals with mission, vision and values, teaches the skills needed to lead the NPF workforce, regardless of location, Division, Base or position and are linked to major organizational initiatives. These courses are mandatory for all NPF employees.
