Changes Within The Pension & Benefits Area: New Toll-Free Telephone Line, New Email Addresses & Staff Changes

1. Further to the memo of 22 Dec 04 announcing streamlining in the Pension & Benefits area, I am happy to announce a new means of reaching the Pension & Benefits Advisors (PBAs) at HQ.
2. Effective 14 March 2005, the Pension & Benefits area can be reached as follows:

   By email:
   Pension questions should be addressed to: pension@cfpsa.com
   Benefits questions should be addressed to: benefits@cfpsa.com
3. PBAs will no longer be assigned by Base/Wing/Unit. This new way to reach the PBAs will improve efficiency as there is no need to work around vacation time or other absences. The new toll-free line will also have voicemail in case all PBAs are already on the phone when you call.
4. There are also several recent changes to the staff in the Pension & Benefits area. Jody Butler and Melanie Forget have both recently left for Maternity Leave and will return in Spring 2006. Our newest employee is Sandra Calhoun, who joins us from Sun Life Financial. Mandy Archer and Sandra will be happy to answer your questions at the toll-free number and/or email addresses shown above.
