Pension and Benefits

Non Public Funds (NPF) offers a wide range of benefits to full-time NPF employees and their families. Following you will find a brief description of each one.

Pension

New employees must join the Non Public Funds (NPF) pension plan on the first day of the month coincident with or following their full-time employment date. Employees hired before 1 January 2004 must join the pension plan after completing four years of continuous full-time employment. The Pension Booklet provides plan information.

The Pension estimator was designed to provide you with an estimate of your future monthly retirement benefit.
Please note that you may also be entitled to Old Age Security benefits and/or benefits from the Canada/Quebec Pension Plan.
