Introduction

The Canadian Forces Personnel and Family Support Services (CFPFSS)/Non Public Funds (NPF) is committed to fostering and maintaining harmonious and mutually beneficial labour and employment relations with its employees and the Bargaining Agents (Unions) that represent NPF employees. The following information is intended to provide general information to you concerning the labour relations area, and the role and responsibilities of the CFPFSS Labour Relations Section in the Human Resources Division.
