Bargaining Units

Within Non Public Funds (NPF), there are approximately 1700 Category I unionized employees. They form twenty-three (23) Bargaining Units at twenty-one (21) different geographical locations across Canada. Twelve (12) of these Bargaining Units are represented by The United Food and Commercial Workers Canada Union (UFCW), eleven (11) are represented by The Union of National Defence Employees (UNDE/PSAC).

The Labour Relations Directorate is responsible for negotiating all collective agreements on behalf of the CFPSA/NPF. NPF/CFPSA Summary of Bargaining Units is a list of NPF's various bargaining units, the Unions that represent them, and the expiration date of the current Collective Agreement.
