Training Initiatives

As a way of assisting managers in dealing with labour relations and employee issues, the Canadian Forces Personnel and Family Support Services (CFPFSS)/Non Public Funds (NPF) will be offering detailed training on labour relations issues. Current training initiatives target CAT II Managers; further training for CAT I Supervisors and more intensive training for HR Managers and their HR Staff shall follow.
