Crowning the Customer

One of the key objectives of the CFPSA and NPF is to "achieve ongoing higher levels of customer satisfaction". It is also established as one of the key priorities of the CFPSA and NPF - "Customer service in the provision of programs, services and amenities for enhanced quality of life". This program also prepares employees to accept that excellent customer service, whether external or internal, is never permanently achieved.
