ANNEX J - CHAPTER 11

GERMAN EMPLOYEES ACCIDENT LIABILITY INSURANCE

Coverage and liability shall be as prescribed by German law, and specified in the agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Office of the Deputy Minister (Overseas) of National Defence signed at Bonn on 6 Oct. 70.
Liabilities incurred by bases in Germany, that have since been closed, shall be paid by the NPF CIP. Liabilities incurred by units in Germany that still have NPF activities shall be borne by the units concerned. See Annex F, paragraph 6c.
