EXAMPLES OF COVERAGE

Total cost of actual repairs less unit deductible; or

Actual cash value of vehicle less unit deductible.
NOTE: This ensures that no claim will exceed the limit of liability of the actual cash value, less the unit deductible.

Multiple vehicle accident involving only NPF owned vehicles. |
The sum of the claims for each vehicle determined as follows:
-
For each vehicle the lesser of:
-
the total cost of actual repairs; or
-
the actual cash value of the vehicle;
-
Minus unit deductible.
NOTE: This ensures that for each vehicle the claim does not exceed the limit of liability of the actual cash value, and that the unit deductible is only applied to the whole claim once.

Multiple vehicle accident involving NPF owned vehicle and another vehicle not owned by NPF. |
Damage to NPF owned vehicles will normally be the other party's insurance unless the other party has no insurance or NPF is held liable for the accident. In such latter case, the other party is insured under Annex E and the NPF vehicle is insured as in Serial 1 above.
