Base/Wing Instructions

  1. As outlined at references A and B, Base/Wing Commanders have been delegated the authority to use the Military Families Fund (MFF).  The intent of this letter is to provide you with the necessary information so that you may make the appropriate decision regarding the use of the fund.

  2. The following documents have been enclosed to assist in this endeavour:
    1. Base/Wing Commander Beneficiary Checklist & Recommendation Form;
    2. Instructions on the completion of the Base/Wing Commander Beneficiary Checklist & Recommendation Form;
    3. MFF Case Decision Trees;
    4. Payment Options;
    5. Important Points for BMO Pre-paid Mastercard Cardholders;
    6. Cheque Request; and
    7. Pre-paid Mastercards (PIN to be sent separately).
