Survey Update!
FRIDAY, 10 OCT 2003, IS THE LAST DAY TO RETURN YOUR EMPLOYMENT EQUITY SURVEY FORM!
As of 6 Oct, 43 % of NPF staff have completed the Employment Equity Survey. Thank you to all of you who have taken the time to participate! For those of you who haven't done so, it is very important that we WORK TOGETHER -- COUNT YOURSELF IN!
The participation of every NPF employee is important in helping to:

Get an accurate profile of who we are and how representative we are of the workforce;
-
Identify areas where changes in policies, practices and systems are likely to be most effective in achieving fairness and equity in employment, and
-
Pinpoint where we need to eliminate barriers, which limit or exclude designated groups from opportunities which should be open to all employees.
To ensure that we achieve the MINIMUM 80% required returns to meet compliance:

ALL NPF Staff are required to sign, date and return the survey forms regardless of whether :
-
you fall into any of the designated groups (women, visible minority, aboriginal and disabled); or
-
you wish to self identify or not
Survey forms can be obtained through the local HR offices or at www.cfpsa.com/ee. Completed forms are to be returned to local HR offices NLT 10 Oct 03.
