NOVEMBER 2001 - Delegates to the upcoming CFPSA Conference, to be held in Ottawa from January 23 - 26, will be getting their money's worth as highly celebrated motivational speaker Charlie (Happy Rhino) Tyrian and business expert Donald Cooper have just been confirmed as the conference's two keynote speakers.

Donald Cooper - of Cooper Sporting Equipment fame - has earned a reputation as a frank and compelling speaker. Drawing on his real-life experience as a world-class manufacturer and retailer, Cooper combines humour with wisdom and customer reality to help business leaders redefine their operations and add more value to their customers' lives.
Cooper is winner of seven business awards for marketing service and business excellence, and he has been awarded the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation - the highest earned designation in the competitive world of professional speaking. He is scheduled to speak to CFPSA conference delegates on October 18th.
Charlie Tyrian, known for his high-impact, fast-paced, motivational presentations, promises to help CFPSA managers achieve greater success in the jungle he calls life.
