Support Resources for the Military Family Services Program
Participant Survey
A number of support resources have been prepared for C/MFRCs to use at the local level.
Included you will find two PowerPoint presentations.
One is a short presentation (MFSP Participant Survey Briefing Presentation) designed to assist you in providing general information to stake holders and community members.
The other is a bit longer (MFSP Participant Survey Training Presentation,) and is designed to train and inform those who will be involved in administering the actual survey.
Each presentation has a corresponding Facilitator’s Guide and Facilitator’s Outline.
To further support the implementation at the local level, you will also find a copy of Frequently Asked Questions and their corresponding answers, as well as Participant Survey ads, which permit you to localize and use to promote the Survey in your newsletters.
