Each care package will include the following Sobeys items for the troops: • One case of Compliments 12 pack pop “The support shown over the past two years from the local communities and other corporations has simply been overwhelming, and it most certainly has grown leaps and bounds since I started working with Operation Santa Claus,” said Matthew Derouin, Store Manager of Molson Park Sobeys. “I am proud to announce that our donation this year is the largest donation the military has ever seen for this program.” To raise money, each participating Sobeys store asked customers to purchase a “Support Our Troops” ribbon for $2 at the checkout.
