Welcome to the new Morale and Welfare (MW) Team Updates. This new bimonthly online publication is addressed to you because you are part of the team that develops, delivers, facilitates, leads and supports morale and welfare programs, services and activities.  The aim is to provide information on both publicly and non-publicly funded MW initiatives, developments and accomplishments, and how MW programs are making a difference in the lives of the military community and in contributing to the operational effectiveness of the CF.

With increasing emphasis on support to the Ill and Injured, Families, Fitness and Sport, and Morale and Welfare more broadly, it is essential that we are all well informed on the latest initiatives in these important areas, and this MW Team Updates provides us with a vehicle to do exactly that. I invite you to submit articles and photos for and about our morale and welfare team, their initiatives and their successes, and through this forum, I encourage you to share new ideas and best practices with your colleagues, and ultimately enhance the positive effects of the MW services you deliver.
